At Hair Directory we believe Education and Training are the key to the future of our hairdressing industry. We pride ourselves in our training programmes which are for all members of the Hair Directory team, no matter what level they are.

We work with Wella who have been inspiring hairdressers for over 140 years. Wella are one of the leading, professional hair care brands in the industry and have an outstanding regard to education.

Every day is about training at Hair Directory in Inverness and our mantra is “we train for quality and deliver excellence” which means, we are committed to our ongoing training programme.

Every week salon training takes place and we have an ongoing requirement for models. The trainees require hair models to help proceed through their professional training and learn about client’s needs and expectations. The training takes place in our salon on Harbour Road, Inverness and is overseen by one of our experienced Technical Directors.
